Mr. Amarnath R. Boraiah

Managing Partner

Mr. Amarnath, has graduated in Civil Engineering from the very reputed College National institute of engineering Mysore, and Then M tech in SJCE Mysore He worked as a Design Engineer (Structures)for 4 years in M/s Potential Service Consultants Pvt. ltd, Bangalore. After 4 years of working with consultant's office, he joined M/s G-corp Pvt. Ltd. as senior engineer to gain experience in Project management and planning and execution working with developer. He was involved in different project including residential and commercial projects.

After working for about one year, he accepted an abroad offer to gain international exposure. He joined M/s Parsons Brinkerhoff's Pvt. ltd Singapore, as a senior Engineer, where he was involved in designs, checking of Multi storey steel building, High storey buildings of 31 floors with precast RC elements. He was later given challenging assignments where he was a part of a team designing the underground MRT stations in Singapore.

After working for two years in Singapore joined Potential Service Consultants again as assistant Director (Designs - Structures) accepting a bigger responsibility to lead a big team especially at a time when reality market was down and economic designs was the demand from all clients.

Currently as Director in Visda and Partner at VPL, with an overall experience of more than 20 years in sites and design of Structures, and he has come a long way in understanding the field of design consultancy and has since designed several different kind of buildings commercial, residential, offices, hospital, restaurants etc.

Mr. Thejas , Completed his Engineering in Construction Technology and Management from SJCE, Mysuru and his post graduation from the National institute of Construction Management(NICMAR).

He started his carrier with the country’s largest contracting company L&T working in projects like Bullet train project, Port projects and other major infra projects. With this knowledge and experience he looks after the operation of the project to make sure the deadlines, quality parameters and the budget are all well under control.
